Rental Cost
The co-op refers to the monthly rent on a unit as the "housing charge." As of Nov 1, 2011 to 2012 the following housing charges will be in effect:

1 Bedroom Apartment = $896 - $918/month Inclusive of utilities and Cable

2 Bedrooms Apartment = $1019-$1026/month Inclusive of utilities and Cable

2 Bedrooms Garden Home= $1133-1156/month Inclusive of utilities and Cable

3 Bedrooms Town House = $1209/month plus utilities

4 Bedrooms Town House = $1304/month plus utilities

We have no accessible units.

Water and Cable are the only two utilities included in your housing charge for the townhomes. Hydro, gas, and phone are extra. Water, hydro, Cable and gas charges are included in the apartments and garden home housing charges.
